Project Management

The Clinical Project Management team is responsible for leading the core clinical project team and coordinating cross-functional project teams and their activities across different departments to ensure that each project delivers on quality, on time and on budget. Each project is led by a Project Manager that ensures consistent planning, implementation, and successful completion of clinical research activities for clinical trials of varying complexity.

The Project Management team comprises of a Project Manager, regulatory and start-up associates, clinical trial assistants that ensure delivery of projects on time. OnQ allocates a PM for each project The OnQ clinical trial Project Management Core values: :
